FB Low Impact 2 #ProgramComplete; Our first!; 60 somethings

My wife and I are 60 somethings; we began FB Low Impact 2 near the beginning of the lockdown here in Spain. Pairing the workout with 1/2 hour aerobics helps keep our sanity during this strange time. For us, doing aerobics first served as a warmup. By the end of the second week, we began to feel the changes in our bodies.

It has been especially joyful that we can do these together and make them easier or harder according to the options Kelli and Daniel give (do easier).

Completing this on my birthday! We are planning one day off then beginning FB Burn.
