How many rest days in a row is too many?

So, I work 12 hour shifts and my schedule is changing.

I’ll be working for 4 nights in a row and 10 nights in a row off work.

I find it extremely challenging to workout during my working days (4 shifts in a row). But is having 4 straight days of rest too many? Will I experience a lot of muscle atrophy?

So I guess my question is... How many rest days in a row is too many in a row? Of course when I’m off work for 10 days I’ll be working out daily. Just concerned about those 4 days.
