FB Strong - Day 12 - Lower Body and NSC

I completed my workout for today. It was Lower Body workout with Kellie and by the time I was halfway through the workout my legs were shaking. After breakfast I cleaned the Alpaca pen and then I carried and dumped buckets all morning and I also, lifted up 25 pound bags into the wagon and then I pulled a 100 pound in the wagon too. I could barely lift the bags into the wagon and I could barely pull the wagon but I am just surprised that I could do it. I was doing the same thing this afternoon after I went down and played for about I think 30 mins. before I started working. So because of how busy I was all day I burned over 808 calories today. I think that is the most amount of calories that I have ever burned.
