Strengthening Back Muscles

I slipped a disc 4 years ago, I’m usually a HIIT and strength kinda gal but my back flares up regularly meaning I keep having to take time out which I hate.

I’ve already started doing Pilates and yoga, in frequently as strength training is still my goal.

Are there any recommendations to FB videos that can help? I’ve obviously looked and seen there a few options, but I’m looking for a recommendation from experience.
