Wowza!

Well that's done! A bit of a killer though with a tough HIIT to start things off followed by strength with AB AB AB. The strength section took me forever cause I was constantly switching out my weights...but it was also a chance to catch my breath. So there was an upside. The abs section seemed pretty easy though.

But I found it to be a tough and VERY sweaty workout. Which really, is what I would expect from a 1000 calorie workout. I wasn't looking for a walk in the park- this got me working hard and pushing myself to my limits. Probably the toughest 1000 calorie workout I've done to date but it's a good one.
