Today's workout marked the end of Abs 2 Week 2 - so this post comes to you all alongside some seriously sore core muscles! So far I've been loving the programme, and I'm really glad I bought it. Some of you may have seen my previous posts about whether or not to buy this programme and about not really including ab workouts in my regular routine as I find them difficult. However I can say now I am slowly starting to dread them a little less, and I think my core strength has improved - my endurance during various core routines has improved for sure! Looking forward to seeing what I can achieve in the last 2 weeks of the programme :)
