Hello FB fam!
I'm in need of some help! I've gotten pretty good about exercising consistently and I actually love to workout. My problem is that I'm still not eating like I know that I should.
I am a very picky eater and a lousy cook so I need some new easy and healthy ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Some healthy snack ideas would be great too! I unfortunately can't stand all fruit except for bananas. I'm a very texture oriented person 😫
