Hello, this is my first post! I'm currently following the 'strong' workout routine and feeling great so far. I have a pretty active lifestyle outside of the workouts. I'm still struggling a bit with food at the moment, I'm not sure if I'm eating too much or not enough, though the food is healthy.
At least, I think it is, and this is where I have a question. How much fruit a day is too much? I couldn't really find a solid answer myself. My daily fruit intake at the moment is 1 banana, 1 apple and about a handfull of grapes/blueberries spread out around the entire day. Also, while I'm at it, what is the max amount of eggs you can (safely) eat each day? I eat 1-2 each day right now. Thanks in advance!
