Hello April warriors!
Welcome to day 20 of our challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during April 🙌
Today was just what I needed- relaxed paced and rejuvenating (especially since that ankle is definitely feeling weird). No walking today to let things heal up, and tomorrow is my rest day, so looking forward to that as well :)
