I did it!! Wow Kelli did not hold back on that HIIT routine and my legs now feel like jelly. I'm very proud of myself as I was starting to lose motivation the other day and now I feel extremely energised from that workout. I have unfortunately hit a wall in terms of time to get my workouts done so I think that next week I'm going to try and do 3 total body exercises instead of working out 5 days a week. I think that having 2 total body strength days would be good and 1 total body HIIT routine would work really well. Wish me luck!
