Help :)

Hi! I'm starting FBsweat next week, and I don't have equipment except for my mat, so I collected some bottles and stuff to fill with sand and create my sets, but I don't know how many pairs I have to make and how heavy each.

I'm planning to make some kettlebells too.

Girls, which are the weights you use to work out commonly??
