Completed my first FB program and I've lost a stone!

Completed the Bodyweight 2 program yesterday which I combined with running twice a week and eating the right foods. This combination has resulted in me losing a stone (16st 9lbs to 15st 9lbs) in one month which feels amazing! I think during these troubling times, as well as the obvious physical improvement effects their programs offer, they give you something to focus on and thus improving mental health. Can't recommend FB enough to friends and family. Kelli and Daniel are really easy going while offering good quality, diverse workout routines. Starting the Sweat program today! Cheers!
