Gaining Weight

So awhile back, I Madeleine discussion that talked about my daily caloric intake being too low for the amount of work I do. So i have been trying to get the calorie intake up day by day and it’s been around 2-3 weeks and my weight has not gone up hugely, but I have gained four inches around my waist when I measured. I try to eat clean as much as possible and around 85 % of the time I am successful especially since everything i eat is homemade thanks to the lock down. I’m not sure if this is normal and I feel like I may be doing something wrong. I don’t usually ‘feel hungry’ because I try to eat as much clean food as possible to try to get closer to the 2000 calorie mark each day and I am doing FBFIT at the moment. It would be super helpful if anybody could give insight as to what is happening as I really need it and I would hugely appreciate anyone who comments :)
