Pushing it-Level 5??

Hey There! I'm in the final stretch of the FB Bodyweight program and your girl is feeling good. However, I'm now venturing into some level 5 workouts according to the calendar. I'm scared as heck! I want to do the workouts, but I feel scared as I review them that Daniel and Kelli might actually take me out with a couple of these. What should I do if I feel like I'm about to burn out?
