How much carbs??

I started working out on FB a month ago and ate clean 90% of the time and have lost a few kilos.. but moving forward i know it won't be as easy to lose weight. I do see fluctuations in my weight everyday if I've had more carbs the day before. So I'm trying to find the balance. I definitely don't want to do keto because that does not work for me..some websites say it's 50-100gms a day. Some say it's 180 according to my weight and height. Please help!!
