Pain in hands

Hi guys! Hope everyone is doing good and staying safe!

I love lifting weights and I’ve got the power block adjustable dumb bells which are amazing! About a year ago I started getting pains in my hands, to the point where it kept me up at night! My husband suggested it could be the weights so I stopped and my hands improved a lot!

I’ve been getting back into weights these past few weeks, am loving it, but my right palm has started to get painful again! I also sleep on my hands sometimes and wake up with severe pins and needles, which won’t be helping!

Just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of problem and how they combatted it, or any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.
