Lower body day

So today I did a fun low body bodyweight workout with Kelli and oh my gosh I was struggling to get up the stairs afterwards. I have decided that this week I would like to focus on bodyweight workouts as they tend to be my favourite type of exercises and I feel like I need that due to college starting again after a lovely Easter holiday. I have found that doing my workouts in the morning has given me so much more energy throughout the day and it's really good a for my motivation in times like this and it also doesn't give me an excuse to skip my workouts :)
