Flexibility with programs

This week I am set to finish FB Strong and have actually completed it on time. It's the first program that I've managed to do that. At the end of this week, they had a flexibility video that I done and I realized I probably need to work on this in addition to my workout. I went ahead and purchased Sweat and Bodyweight so I am deciding on which one to do next, but I want to incorporate stretching videos as well. My question is, to get good results how many days a week should I add a stretching/flexibility video? And if I added three days for example, would it be beneficial if the videos weren't long, say 15 minutes or less or would I need at least a couple days of 20-30 minutes? I really want to continue to strength train and build muscle, I just wanted a little more flexibility to go with it. Thanks for any help or advice you can give.
