5 Day Workout Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle Results!

Happy Sunday FB Family! Last week, I scheduled the 5 Day Challenge to Burn Fat & Build Lean Muscle and completed them Monday-Friday. I weighed myself Monday morning and then again this morning and lost a total of 2.8 pounds by pushing myself during the workouts and eating a clean diet.

I would love to see more 5 day challenges from Kelli and Daniel! I really enjoy them. They’re an easy way to set a goal and push hard knowing it’s only 5 days.
