NSV (non-scale victory)

So today while doing my workout (FB LI R2- Day 18) Kelli says ‘now we have a burnout round’. First exercise is push-ups and I’m like ‘here goes nothing’ then on the second one I realize I’m actually using proper form and I managed to get to 8.

When I started the year my goal was to get to 1 full pushup and looks like I’m making progress a lot faster than I thought I would.
