I've been doing my research on the subject, and believe I have the willpower and the control to intermittent fast. For now I will be going at it day by day, until I get a routine down. But if anyone has any thoughts on the subject, please feel free to share!
I'm still working part-time at my vegan restaurant, so I have healthy (more or less) options to eat. I've always had a rough relationship with food, with overeating or stress eating. When I'm at home it will be easier to manage my eating than when I'm at work, but I will do what's best for me. I just don't want to dramatically lose the progress I've been making on my body, it's all a work-in-progress. Thanks for your opinions in advance!
