Fb Strong - Day 9 - Upper Body

I completed my workout for today. It was a upper body workout with Kellie and by halfway through the workout my arms were shaking and wanted to quit early but, I kept pushing through the workout. Because when you get that feeling when your arms want to give out on you early, you just gotta keep pushing through the workout until it's complete. Even if you are feeling it after the workout or the next day just know that, you pushed yourself through the workout and after you was done with it you felt good. It is always good to know that you got in a good workout complete for the day and know that, you are building muscle from the workouts.
