DEADLIFT- CHECKLIST FOR THE PERFECT DEADLIFT

Deadlifts seem to be on everyone's favourites' list. I can't even begin to count the number of times I have heard someone say that the deadlift is such a hit with them because it manages to hit almost all their lower body muscles and so very well.

Unfortunately for me, it has been only my glutes that have been hit and my endurance of course after doing 45 seconds of them.

So, perhaps a few tips or requirements to nail the deadlift is what I am asking for. What must my posture be like? Any more pointers apart from the videos here?
