Struggling with stress eating patterns...

So, I have had a couple of really distressing things happen in my life over the past week (on top of the generalized stress with the whole worldwide pandemic going on). When I stress, I don't stress eat - I stress not-eat, if that makes sense. My stomach cramps up, I feel nauseous, and I struggle to get more than a few bites down at every meal. I have been really feeling it in my workouts the past few days - especially if I am doing higher intensity stuff, I feel weak and fatigued, and I know it is because I am not eating properly. I don't want to stop working out, it is the only thing that helps relax me and keep me sane at the moment! I just don't know what to do....
