Just completed FB bodyweight Round 2!

I had been off my workout game for more than 3 years and gained a lot of weight.

I was very apprehensive about doing a lot of Hiit but because of lockdown I am stuck without my weights.

so, I started the FB bodyweight round2. It was a lot of HIIT, but it is soooooo effective. I am so glad I did it. Lost 3 lbs probably. The change visually is more striking. Also I started calorie counting only the last 10 days. So that's there.

2 days of rest and will do it all over again!
