Day 4 of Reach: A workout that made me angry (!?!?)

Day 4 of reach was an active stretching video.... I was so anxious during this work out and ended up feeling angry afterwards. I get the importance of doing active stretching and I'm not entirely sure why it made me feel like that but I will not be doing that any time soon!

I haven't even made it through the first week of Reach and I am missing my harder workouts. I'm thinking about scheduling the Bored Easily program in with Reach and then each day I will determine what my body is up for that day. Or if I am feeling good I'll just do both (if it makes sense to).

This is such a work in progress... trying to understand this "new me". Each day is different with fluctuating levels of pain/anxiety/normalcy....
