Quick update

This week I've really been struggling with my IBS and my flare ups have been worse than usual. However I have figured out that some of my flare ups are related to stress so I am currently trying to stretch most nights before I sleep even if it's 10 mins. With this, I have also been trying to add in a few more relaxing workouts such as pilates and other slower paced workouts. I have seen a significant improvement in how I feel overall and I have managed to gain back a lot of my energy that I lost over the last few weeks and I have scheduled a HIIT routine for Saturday :). I'm a little nervous as I haven't done HIIT since mid January as I fell out of love with it and focused on steady cardio instead but now I feel pumped and ready!!
