Message about Face Fat/double chin reduction

I know it’s not that big difference. All i want to say is, I was used to do face fat exercise vigorously like everyday without any sense. I’m the one who fallen into the trap of spot reduction myth. But slowly i realised that face fat exercise alone won't do any magic. Later I learnt about whole body function, how body burns fat, how the genetics plays with body, how exercise works and everything. This is the outcome of one and half year hardwork by eating healthy and doing FB free workout videos. I didn’t follow any diet. Actually, the before picture is late, I was used to appear more fatty.

To conclude, if there are any people around there, who are doing the same mistake like i did, don’t do any face fat exercise alone or any spot reduction exercise, if you eat healthy, do exercise, stay active and importantly trust your ownself, you’ll be amazed of your own hardwork. Stay healthy and confident :)
