I’ve seen some comments and discussions about it, but I don’t really know much about body recomposition. In May I am considering combining booty 2 and flex and I remembered that our fellow blender, Florian, has said this was a great combo for body recomposition. I’d like to open the discussion here though, what are your experiences or thoughts with body recomposition? If you did booty and flex together did you workout all 6 days? Or did you structure things differently?
