Daily Check-in: Wednesday, April 15th #StayConnected Challenge WEEK 2, DAY THREE!


Hey there, FB Fam!! How are you doing and feeling? The half way day is bringing some Wild Geranium for your eyes on this Wildflower Wednesday. Of course lately I've been sharing a lot of flowers, but there's never too much of a good thing, right? Absolutely. It's nice to agree with myself. Anyway, these flowers aren't very showy, but it's the little things that can have a big impact.

Little things like movement have a big impact on our wellbeing. Yes, I love the connection and flowly feel of a check-in. Very fluid as I will go into how connection relates to the #StayConnected challenge! How is everyone doing and feeling about that? Whatever day you are on or not on, I hope you are enjoying and finding new favorites and maybe also confirming that some workouts just don't mesh with you. And that's alright; Not every workout will speak to you. So it's a good thing we have around 600 to choose from, yeah? Oh, the joys of being a Blender.

The needs for everyday go like waves in the ocean. The trick is to ride the wave. Hey, that sounds like a good outro. I'm going to ride this wave right on outta here. 'Cause I flow, like a river. ..There's so many water analogies in here that I need to remind you lot to stay H to the O and keep hydrated. It's been raining over here, so I blame the weather for my antics.
