Hey FB Fam,
so I was thinking that it would be really cool if we had some slide bars, or check boxes for everyday where we record the weight lifted in that workout.
I know we can put it in the notes section of that special workout but won´t see for others.
So it would be like a statistic we could see and use everyday. Even though all the workouts are different the exercises are pretty much the same. So maybe we could pick the five most used exercises for lower and upper body and just track those.
So after maybe four weeks of constantly working out you could see if you started to lift heavier regardless of which workout you´ve done.
I hope this makes some sense ^^
