Hey everyone! Do you have any tips for me? Lately, since this quarantine, I cannot get my ass off the couch and chair. A few weeks ago I loved the feeling of sore muscles, now I only use it as a excuse o postpone working out. I started the April Challenge yesterday, determined to stick to a healthier diet and an exercise routine, everything went fine yesterday, this morning I woke up searching for cookies recipes and I am convinced that there is no point in working out anymore :D What keeps you motivated?
