FB Strong - Day 5 - Upper Body & Core

I completed my workout for today. It was a Upper Body and Core workout with Kellie and my arms were shaking after the workout. So far I have been getting workouts were it is either the upper body or the lower body, and I think that it is mostly going to be that. After breakfast I cleaned the Alpaca pen and I started working on a art assignment for my Art 1 class, and I am making a self-portrait of myself. I got a lot of the self-portrait done this morning and I was still able to do the piano this morning too, and I thought that I wasn't going to be able to do it. This afternoon I went down to play for about an hour and a half before I had to come up and work on my English for English 2. It is talking about the difference between good food and bad food for what it does to your body and how it affects your brain a lot. It has told me a lot of things that I did not know about the difference between good food and bad food and what it does to you and your brain everyday.
