Little suggestion for new workouts: more moderately heavy cardio with less muscle engagement

Hope I'm not the only one here... but sometimes, for example, on the day when all your muscles are aching when you've just done eg. an intensive strength training the previous day, you wanna do some moderately heavy cardio but with less muscle engagement, something like jumping jacks, lateral jumps, butt kickers, or like using cross trainers in the gym on low resistance level. But currently, the level 3 difficulty cardios all have squats, lunges, and push ups/planks, and level 2 are not enough cardio. Basically I'd like some huffing and puffing, so not necessarily low impact, but not too much muscle work either to recover from the day before, if that makes sense?
