Feeling soreness in my core again!

It's been a long time since I've felt muscle soreness in my abs the day after working them - I don't know why this is, I'm hoping it's my core getting stronger over time.

But yesterday I did the 24 minute core workout with Kelli and Daniel and I'm still feeling it now! I'm strangely happy about this! 😂

I've just got my #WorkoutComplete for today too!
