FB LI R2-Day 18

Getting my workout in late today, it’s currently almost 10pm but that’s my own fault for putting it off all day! I loved this workout and even added it to my favourites! I also got the extra credit video done because it’s my favourite type of workout- yoga!

Also I got a great tip from the FB community to not grip your weights so hard (which I’ve always done) and my wrists felt much better after this workout!
