Oh man, I loved these workouts! I usually tend to avoid Pilates as much as I can, as I consider it to be a waste of time (except when I am using ankle weights), but in combination with Cardio it was really something!
I am trying to enjoy the first days of my vacation (still in Moscow) without much over-eating, but I am failing :D 800 calories just for breakfast is not a very promising way to start a day HAHA :D
But ok, I won't pay much attention to it. And I won't step on the scale - why should I upset myself when I should be having a good time? ;)
