Total body day

So today I had decided to do a low impact total body cardio workout as it is that time of the month and I was in a little bit of pain. I found that I am able to very light cardio through this time which is amazing news as something is always better than nothing. However, recently my eating habits have been all over the place due to the days leading up to my period but I have been keeping active throughout the week so it's not bothered me that much as I know that once the first 2 days are over, I will go back to my old eating habits with a few treats here and there.
