Beerbrewing and bread baking

My husband likes to brew his own beers, and since we can't really go anywhere, he decided to brew. After brewing there is a lot of brewers spent grains, which you can toss, give to animals or use to make bread. Today I spent quite some time baking bread (and cookies) with the spent graines. I've made a multigrain sourdough and a spelt bread and pure/white chocolate chip cookies with cranberries.

The multigrain was a little burned at the bottom :( Was a lesson for me, so the spelt went on another rack and that turned out great.

Having some of the bread this evening with chili con carne.
