We’ve highlighted several HIIT routines lately, and while they may seem intimidating, they can really be very effective too.

So, if you haven’t given a HIIT routine a shot yet, or if you’re looking for a quick, hard-hitting 15 minutes when you don’t have much time, here’s a great, short workout.

Just because this one is short, however, doesn’t mean that it is easy.

The workout has some challenging movements, like Star Jumps and Thigh Slap Jumps, so it is not for the beginner, although it can be modified easily to make it a bit less intense. As always, regardless of your fitness level—listen to your body, and make adjustments, as necessary.
