I’ve been trying to get back into fitness for 6 months but I just cannot mentally commit to it anymore? Before i stopped I was exercising at least 4 times a week and thought I would be doing so forever, I was in a brilliant routine, I felt good about myself, I had a healthy diet, I liked myself...etc etc. I took a break due to a knee injury and it’s like I never was that person.
Does anyone have any good tips on starting again? I’ve tried buying FB programmes, cycling, running but just cannot stick to them.
Any advice greatly received.
