1000 Calorie Workout Complete

Wow, great workout! I enjoyed the format, especially alternating the upper and lower body strength so I could recover a bit during those super sets. I've been working out with Fitness Blender for about 5 years, and I typically do 30-40 min workouts. This extra long one is a challenge, but I love how thorough it is - and now I can take a day or two to recover! Thanks, Kelli and Daniel!
