Nausea after the workout

Hello, I am writing this post because I have issues with feeling nausea after the workout.

I make sure I eat at least 2 hours before the training and I make sure I eat something healthy.

But, I really feel bad after I complete the workout and I feel like I am going to vomit at any time.

Does anybody else have this issue too? And possibly found a solution for it? Thanks in advance.

Edit: I forgot to say that I drink a gallon of water every single day. And I think I may even drink too much water before the workout and during the workout, so it may also cause nausea.
