Thank you K&D

Yesterday i happened to fall upon that video from a year ago where Kelli was telling about her "problem" and she said this one line that hit me..she said no matter where you're at with your workouts, no matter if you're able to do a complete pushup or not, you have to be appreciative of your body. It hit me because I'm currently working on completing my half pushup..i can't even do one. But seeing that video made me tear up and i suddenly had a sensation of being extremely grateful for my body, that it's able to pick up the weights and undergo HIIT that K&D make me do so much(haha). Ever since a few weeks I've started doing one rep of sun salutation before any of my workouts with fitness blender. It just makes me feel really present and grateful. And i just want to say thank you to kelli and daneil. Keep doing what you're doing. You're my favourite workout buddies☺️.
