DIY FB workout

So...man friend works for a land management agency sp he loves in a pretty remote place. His ISP has reduced signal strength here in order to provide more to families homeschooling kids, so it is impossible to play a FB workout. There is, however, a gym nearby!! I made my own FB-style workout using what was there:

10 min treadmill warmup, ascending intervals

3 rounds:

10 squats

10 reverse lunges each side

10 deadlifts

10 min treadmill, ascending intervals

3 rounds:

10 ski squats

10 curtsy lunges

10 deadlifts, toes out

10 min treadmill, ascending intervals

3 rounds:

10 sump squats

10 side lunges, each side

10 deadlifts, toes in

10 min treadmill, flat pace

Pretty proud of myself!! It took awhile but I definitely feel it in the booty lol!
