Day 8 of the + Challenge

Done. I am going to be honest here: I do not like the longer workouts. I love them when they are finished, though, and they help me feel better after all of the stay-at-home wine and less than stellar night time comfort food I have been indulging in. I decided to start wearing "real" workout clothes vs. Pj's to help my motivation. What "tricks" are you using to stay sane(er)? Keep on truckin', friends!
