Uneven load on dumbbell

Hi everyone,

I've bought adjustable dumbbells but noticed that I can't put 3 kg (6.6lbs) on my dumbbell in an even way. So I have to use a 2kg weight on the left side of the dumbbell and a 1 kg on the right side of the dumbbell.

Is that okay to do? So far I always worked with non-adjustable weights.

Btw, I would have an even load on my right and left arm so that is not the issue.
