Broken Arm + Working out

so, a couple of years ago, I had fallen off of my bike and broken my elbow, after it had healed, I fell whilst sprinting and had completely dislocated my elbow which meant I had to have a small rod-like thing inserted in my arm through surgery. The doctors said that swimming was my best chance of recovering so I swam, and I have been swimming since then. The swimminf pool has shut down because of covid 19. The problem is that I have just started working out with fitnessblender and after doing multiple level 3-4 (level 4, mainly) workouts, my arm hurts and I don't know whether i should down the intensity or if i should stop working upper body altogether. Going to the doctor's isn't an option as our entire country is on 24 hour curfew/lockdown. Any advice would be extremely helpful as I am at a complete loss.
