Core day

I'm not usually a lover of core workouts and since I decided to add a specific day into my routine to target that area, I was slightly dreading it this morning. I often can't do traditional core workouts due to the fact that I feel sick and strain my neck a lot but standing abs workouts do not give me any of those issues. I will often repeat the same 10 min video 2-3 times in order for the session to add up to 30 mins in total and wow my abs are on FIRE! I think it's safe to say that I enjoyed todays workout and the feeling I got afterwards.
