Welcome to the THIRD day of our challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during April 🙌

I hope you all are able to walk and move properly/decently today. I'm a bit achy but no waddling (yet!) 😉

So I have a quick question... what's something you hope to reinvent in yourself by the end of this month's challenge? Me: I'd like to like (enjoy?) HIIT more... or maybe just to be slightly more okay with it 🤦‍♀️😊
